SHIPPING POLICY
While on promotion, free shipping on orders $199 and up apply to all items excluding heavy (30lb & Up) and unusual big items.

Shipping rates are based on weight and location or per item, and are set by the appropriate courier. We ship via UPS or FedEx from our store in New York City, New York. There is no sales tax for customers outside New York.

We reserve the rights to contact you if the item you purchased requires additional shipping charges. For heavy and big items or multi packages, shipping charge can be determined only after we contact the carrier, in this case we’ll contact you for approval before we complete and ship your order.

In stock items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. For international shipments, items are shipped within 1-5 business days. If your item is back-ordered, you will be notified via email about product availability. We reserve the right to use UPS instead of FedEx when shipping from our West Coast location.

We have certain policies concerning the handling of merchandise to and from our store. If a shipment is refused at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. All orders are shipped prepaid with a credit card.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY
It is our goal at Playing Mantis NY to produce quality, functional and appealing products that will satisfy you, our valued customer.

Our company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please Contact Us immediately.

If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund, minus shipping charges. Unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of shipping. We will issue a refund to your credit card after receiving the returned merchandise. The returned merchandise must be in resalable condition, undamaged and in its original packaging. Returned merchandise must be received by us within 14 business days of you receiving the shipment. Returned items not received within 14 business days will not be accepted from the carrier and will be returned to you.

Sales of all clearance, close-out, sale or indicated items are considered final and are not returnable.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please contact our store within 48 hours of receiving your shipment for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may contact us by calling 1-646-484-6845, Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm EST. You may also reach us by email by going to the CONTACT US page and requesting an RMA. Damaged merchandise must reach our store within 10 business days from the date you receive the RMA number, or the package will be refused.
