necessity of pause

In every pulse there is a PAUSE…….
In every PEAK , a DIP.
For every inhale is an out-breath.
Even the waves,
big and small
collapses
before collecting once more.
The most beautiful music
has quiet in between.
In every LOVE is a piece of heart break.
In all FAITH is a bit of DOUBT.
In every you and I
there is HURT.
